and the demon will smell it, flee, and never stalk her again. And before you have sex with her, the two of you must rise and pray and plead with the Lord of heaven for mercy and deliverance. So don’t be afraid; she has been assigned to you before the world came into being. You will save her, and she will go with you. I’m convinced that you will also have children by her, and they will be like brothers and sisters to you. So stop worrying.” When Tobias heard Raphael’s words, and learned that she was his relative and descendant from his father’s house, he fell deeply in love with her and his heart was united with her.
But thou when thou shalt take her, go into the chamber, and for three days keep thyself continent from her, and give thyself to nothing else but to prayers with her.
As soon as the demon smells the odor, it will flee and never again show itself near her. Then when you are about to have intercourse with her, both of you must first get up to pray. Beg the Lord of heaven that mercy and protection be granted you. Do not be afraid, for she was set apart for you before the world existed. You will save her, and she will go with you. And I assume that you will have children by her, and they will be like brothers for you. So do not worry.” When Tobiah heard Raphael’s words that she was his kinswoman, and of the lineage of his ancestral house, he loved her deeply, and his heart was truly set on her.

Beseech the Lord of heaven to grant you his mercy and protection. Do not be afraid; she was set apart for you before the world was created. You will save her, and she will go with you. Do not worry!” When Tobiah heard Raphael’s words and learned that Sarah was his kinswoman, related through his father’s lineage, he was filled with love for her, and his heart became set on her.

But when thou hast taken her to (or as thy) wife, enter into thy bed-place, and by three days be thou continent from her or be thou chaste abstaining thee from her in all fleshly lust, and to none other thing thou shalt give attention (to) with her, but only to prayers.
